Telodial telecalling CRM features cover the whole day of a phone-selling team: the dialer, the lead record, the follow-up, the message and the report. Twelve of them have a full guide with screenshots and answers.
A telecalling CRM needs seven things before anything else is worth discussing: dialing from your own SIM so customers answer, a lead record with your own statuses and custom fields, a two-tap way to save the outcome the instant a call ends, follow-up reminders that ring rather than notify, WhatsApp that goes out automatically after calls, lead assignment with per-employee permissions, and reports the owner can read without asking anybody to write one. Telodial includes all seven in a single plan, together with imports from Excel and live Google Sheets, bulk messaging, paid client and renewal tracking, attendance, caller ID from your own records, and the app in forty languages. If any one of those lives in a second tool, somebody has to keep two systems in step every day, and that is the first task a busy calling team quietly abandons.
Each opens a complete page: what it does, how it works step by step, and the questions people ask before they trust it.

Read moreI had written off our old enquiry list as dead. Filtering it and calling it back over two weeks brought in more than that month of new leads did.
We used to lose two or three callbacks a week and never knew which ones. Now the overdue list is on screen and it is usually empty.
A customer who said "call me after Diwali" actually got called after Diwali. First time in my working life.
Our old system had thirty fields and my team filled in two. This one has the four that matter and they fill in all four.

At a minimum: dialing from your own SIM, a lead record with your own statuses and fields, remarks and full call history, follow-up reminders that ring, WhatsApp that goes out after calls, assignment with permissions, and reports the owner can read without asking anyone. If any of those live in a second tool, someone has to keep two systems in step, and that is the first thing a busy phone team stops doing.
There is a single product and everything listed here belongs to it, at ₹159 for each user each month on yearly billing before taxes. You will not meet a greyed-out button, a charge that scales with how many leads you hold, or a minute-by-minute calling bill, and a sole trader receives exactly what a fifty-person operation receives.
The calling itself, because those are ordinary SIM calls: dialing, the call screen and the after-call sheet all work with data off. A connection is needed to sync records to your account and to send WhatsApp, and the app catches up on its own once the phone is back online.
The modules a team sees can be set for your account, so a business that does not sell renewals or track attendance is not looking at screens it will never open.
Neither. Every call is placed through the SIM card sitting in the handset, which means your ordinary mobile number is what rings on the customer side and your existing tariff is what pays for it. Nothing is rented, no routing menu has to be configured, and no telephony invoice arrives at the end of the month.
Two billing periods, one product: ₹159 for each user each month when billed yearly, or ₹249 on the shorter three-month period, before tax. Nothing sits behind an upgrade prompt, leads and calls are uncapped, and the only usage bill you will see comes from your mobile operator for the calls themselves. A three-day trial runs first and asks for no payment details. Prices checked September 2026.
Android handsets running version 8 upwards, which in practice covers almost anything bought in the last several years. Nobody on the calling floor needs a laptop; the owner and any manager sign in to a browser instead, on whatever device they already use.

All of them, on both. There is one plan billed either yearly or quarterly, and nothing on this site sits behind a higher tier. That is a deliberate choice rather than a promotion: tiering a small team tool mostly produces buyers who discover at renewal that the thing they rely on was an upsell.
Because the day it is built around is narrow. Everything here exists to shorten the distance between a call ending and the outcome being recorded, or to make sure the next call actually happens. Features that do not serve one of those tend to make a caller day slower, and the about page names three that get declined for that reason.
Permissions decide what somebody can see and do, which matters most around exporting and deleting. The features themselves are not sold separately, so nothing needs switching on to become available.
Call recording, predictive dialing and an iPhone app, none of which we offer and none of which are coming. Each is a consequence of how the product works rather than a gap in a roadmap, and every page that touches them says so plainly.
