Find your business

Not listed? It is probably one of these

Pick whichever line of work sits nearest to yours and it opens the closest workflow. Dialing, records and follow-ups do not change between them. The stages do, and yours takes one tap to set.

Four more have pages of their own: car dealerships, online sellers, gyms and studios and manufacturers and distributors.

Still nothing close? It will fit regardless, since you write the stages, the fields and the messages yourself. Say what your business sells and we will walk you through the way somebody in the same trade has set it up.

Questions

About Telodial, in short

What is Telodial?

Telodial is telecalling CRM software built around the two seconds after a phone call. The lead list, the dialer and the customer record sit in one Android app, so a caller picks a status, writes a remark and sets the next date without leaving the screen the call just ended on. Managers read the resulting numbers in a browser.

Is Telodial a cloud dialer? Do I need a virtual number?

Neither. Every call is placed through the SIM card sitting in the handset, which means your ordinary mobile number is what rings on the customer side and your existing tariff is what pays for it. Nothing is rented, no routing menu has to be configured, and no telephony invoice arrives at the end of the month.

How much does Telodial cost?

Two billing periods, one product: ₹159 for each user each month when billed yearly, or ₹249 on the shorter three-month period, before tax. Nothing sits behind an upgrade prompt, leads and calls are uncapped, and the only usage bill you will see comes from your mobile operator for the calls themselves. A three-day trial runs first and asks for no payment details. Prices checked September 2026.

Which phones does it work on?

Android handsets running version 8 upwards, which in practice covers almost anything bought in the last several years. Nobody on the calling floor needs a laptop; the owner and any manager sign in to a browser instead, on whatever device they already use.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes, for three days, with nothing switched off and no payment details asked for. Use the time on a genuine morning of work rather than a sample list, because the only question worth answering is whether your callers keep closing the outcome sheet when nobody is watching them.

Why the same tool suits businesses that look nothing alike

What people ask about industry fit

Is there a version for my industry?

There is one product, and the industry pages differ in the stages, the fields and the message templates they suggest rather than in the software. That is honest about how this category works: an insurance book and a property pipeline need different words, not different code.

What if my business is not listed?

It will still fit, because you write the stages, the fields and the templates yourself. The listed industries are the ones we have seen most often and can describe in detail, not a limit on who can use it.

What is actually the same across all of them?

A call goes out on your own SIM, the record opens with it, two taps file the outcome, a follow-up rings at the agreed time, and the owner sees the day without asking. Every industry page is that same loop described in the vocabulary of one trade.

How long does it take to set up for a specific trade?

An afternoon, most of it spent naming your stages in the words your team already uses out loud. The suggested stages on each industry page are a starting point rather than something to adopt unchanged.

How the industry pages are written

  • Each page describes how teams in that trade actually organise calling, and the stages listed are the ones commonly used in it.
  • Any pricing referenced is ours and is published on our pricing page.

What this page does not claim

  • These are patterns from working with teams of this size rather than formal research into each sector.
  • We sell one product to all of them, so read each page as a description of how it is configured rather than as a bespoke offering.

Worth quoting

  • There is one product; industry pages differ in suggested stages, fields and templates rather than in software.
  • A business not listed still fits, because the stages and fields are defined by the user.
  • The loop common to every trade: call from your own SIM, record opens, two taps file the outcome, a follow-up rings.
  • Setup for a specific trade takes about an afternoon, mostly naming stages.
  • Suggested stages are a starting point, not something to adopt unchanged.
