About

We build one thing: the telecalling CRM that a busy caller will actually use between two calls.

Telodial is made and supported by TeloDial in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. The people who set the product up for you are the people who answer when something is wrong with it.

What is Telodial?

Telodial is telecalling CRM software for Indian teams of roughly two to fifty people who sell on the phone. One Android app carries the lead list, the auto dialer, the after-call sheet, follow-up reminders and WhatsApp; one web dashboard shows the owner what happened. Calls go out on the SIM the caller already carries, so the customer sees an ordinary mobile number rather than a rented line, and a callback reaches the same person. The record opens with the call and two taps file the outcome the moment it ends, which is what stops the day being written up from memory afterwards. The app runs in 40 languages, chosen per caller. It is made and supported by TeloDial in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, and costs ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan with every feature included.

Term by term

One app, and all the names people search it by

The same product gets looked for under several different phrases, depending on which part of the day somebody is trying to fix. Each of these is Telodial, and each has a page explaining that side of it.

People arriving here are usually part-way through a shortlist. They are looking for the best telecalling CRM software in India, the best auto dialer app for Android, a free telecalling CRM to start with, or a CRM for a small calling team, and they end up weighing us against TeleCRM, Runo, NeoDove, Callyzer, Calley, GoDial and RMDialer. Our comparison pages say where each of those is the better buy, because a page on which we win every row would be worth nothing to you.

Telodial is used across eight kinds of business, from property teams and insurance advisors to loan DSAs, coaching institutes and clinics. The app reads in 40 languages including Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati and Bengali, set per caller rather than per company, and every feature sits in the one plan at ₹159 per user per month on yearly billing, with a three-day trial that needs no card. If you would rather see it than read about it, the demo takes about fifteen minutes on WhatsApp.

What we believe

Six things we will not compromise on

Two taps, or it does not happen

Every CRM dies of friction. If saving what was said costs more than a few seconds, it gets done from memory at six o clock, and by Friday the pipeline is fiction everyone has agreed to believe.

Your number, your SIM

People answer numbers that look like people. We will not move your calls onto a rented line to make a dashboard tidier, because the answer rate is the business.

The phone is the whole computer

Telecalling teams do not work at desks. Anything a caller must do has to be possible with a thumb, between two calls, on the handset already in their hand.

In the words people actually say

The app runs in 40 languages in day-to-day words, because a caller reads the same button two hundred times a day and should not have to translate it each time.

The list belongs to the business

Permissions per employee, gated exports and deletes, and a history that survives a lost phone or a resignation. The record should not be able to walk out of the door.

Reports should write themselves

A report written by the person it measures is a negotiation. The after-call sheet is the report, so the owner reads the day rather than a summary of it.

What we do not build

The three things we are asked for and decline

A product that claims everything is a product you find the edges of after paying. These are ours, written down before you buy.

  • Not in the product

    Call recording

Android restricts it for third-party apps. We could imply otherwise and let you discover it after paying; we would rather write it here.

  • Not in the product

    Predictive dialing

Opening more lines than there are callers produces silent calls, which regulators restrict and caller-ID apps punish. It would damage the numbers our customers depend on.

  • Not in the product

    A desktop app for callers

Every version of that we have seen ends with the caller updating records from memory later. The phone is where the call happened, so the phone is where the record belongs.

Questions

About us

Who is behind Telodial?

Telodial is built and supported by TeloDial, based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. The people who set the product up for you are the people who support it afterwards.

Why build another telecalling CRM?

Because most of them are desktop CRMs with a phone app bolted on, and phone teams do not work at desks. Telodial starts from the two seconds after a call ends, which is the only moment a telecaller will ever reliably give you.

How do you support customers?

On WhatsApp and by phone, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST, in English, Hindi or Marathi. Setup and training are included rather than sold.

Do you sell my data or share my leads?

No. The leads, calls and remarks created in the app belong to the business that created them, are used only to run the service, and are never sold or shared with advertisers.

What are you deliberately not building?

Call recording, because Android restricts it for third-party apps and we will not claim what we cannot do. Predictive dialing, because it produces silent calls that damage the numbers our customers depend on.

How often does the app change?

Regularly, and always through the Play Store like any other app. Features described on this site reflect the current release.

What kind of company builds a tool like this

Updated 13 June 2026

What people want to know about who they are buying from

Who makes Telodial?

TeloDial, in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. The same people who set the app up for a new team are the ones who answer when something is wrong with it, which is deliberate: a support desk that has never configured a live floor gives advice that sounds right and is not.

Is Telodial suitable for a company like mine?

If two to fifty people sell on the phone from Android handsets in India, yes. If you are a contact centre of fifty or more agents on cold lists, or your callers are on iPhones, or you need recorded calls, the honest answer is no, and those three cases are stated in the same words on every page of this site rather than hidden in a specification table.

What does the company not build?

Anything that would make the app worse for the caller using it: call recording it cannot legitimately provide, predictive dialing a SIM cannot do, and features bought by owners that make a caller day slower. The page above lists three requests that get declined and why.

How do I reach a real person?

WhatsApp on +91 94056 21940 during working hours, or the contact page. There is no ticket queue between you and somebody who knows the product, which is a function of being a small company rather than a policy we could keep at any size.

How this site is written

  • Every competitor figure on this site was read from that vendor own public pages, with the date it was read printed on the page carrying it.
  • Every shortlist names something each rival does better than us, including tools that are cheaper and tools that are free.
  • No vendor has paid to appear anywhere on this site and there are no affiliate links on it.

What this page does not claim

  • We make the product this site sells, so every recommendation here has an interest behind it. The pages are written to be checkable rather than to be trusted.
  • We have not run every competing tool as a paying customer for a full quarter, and pages say so where it matters.
  • Prices in this category move. Where a date on a page is more than a quarter old, check the vendor own site before deciding.
