Telecaller call tracking

The daily report is written by the person it is about, from memory, at six o clock.

A team report that the team writes is a negotiation, not a number. With Telodial, the telecalling CRM, every call counts itself as it happens.

Calls made and connected, talk time, outcomes, remarks and follow-ups, per caller and per day, on the web dashboard as the day happens. Nobody types a report again.

Call analytics with calls, talk time and outcomes per caller

How does telecaller call tracking work?

Telecaller call tracking records every business call your team makes from their own phones, then reports it by person, by day and by outcome without anyone filling in a form. In Telodial the calling app is the source of the data, so a call cannot be made and left uncounted. The owner dashboard shows calls attempted and connected, total talk time, which outcomes were logged, which follow-ups came due and were kept, and how long a new lead waited before its first call. Because the after-call sheet feeds the same records, the numbers arrive with the remarks attached, so a low day can be read rather than guessed at. Managers stop asking for reports and start asking about specific conversations, which is a better use of the same half hour.

  • Calls, connects, talk time and outcomes per caller, per day
  • Assigned time against first-call time, so delays are visible
  • Remarks attached to the numbers, so a bad day can be read
  • Per-employee permissions on export, transfer and delete
Why teams switch

What it fixes in the first week

Today

Reports are self-reported

The person being measured writes the measurement, at the end of a long day, from memory. Nobody is lying; the number is still wrong.

With Telodial

The app counts the calls as they happen. The report exists before anybody thinks to write one.

Today

You find out on Saturday

A caller who made a third of their calls on Tuesday is a fact you can act on Tuesday and a story you argue about on Saturday.

With Telodial

The dashboard is live, so a quiet morning is visible while the afternoon is still available.

Today

Nobody knows which leads went cold untouched

Leads arrive, get assigned, and some are simply never called. Without a timestamp on both events, it is invisible.

With Telodial

Assigned time and first-call time sit side by side, so an untouched lead is a number rather than a suspicion.

How it works

Three steps, and no training day

  1. 1

    Callers just call

Nothing extra is asked of the team. They dial from the app, on their own phone, on their own SIM, exactly as before. The tracking is a by-product of the calling, not a task on top of it.

  2. 2

Outcomes attach themselves to the numbers

The two-tap sheet after each call means every count carries a status and a remark. A number without a reason is easy to argue with; a number with the caller own words is not.

Outcomes and statuses summarised for a day
  3. 3

The owner reads the day on the web

Open the dashboard from any browser and see the team, per person and per source, as it happens. Filter a range, export what you need, and set who is allowed to export at all.

What callers and owners tell us

Talk time per person is the number I actually watch. Calls made can be gamed. Twenty-two minutes of talk time cannot.
Mohit L.Head of sales, JaipurJun 2026
One caller was reporting eighty calls and making thirty-five. I did not want to catch anyone, but I did want to know. Now the number is just there and the conversation is easier.
Rekha I.Partner, consultancy, BengaluruJul 2026
When a caller left, her whole history stayed. Six years ago that would have walked out of the office in a diary.
Deepa C.Owner, travel agency, PuneAug 2026
I can see the gap between when a lead came in and when it was first called. That single column changed how my team works in the mornings.
Yogesh K.Founder, NashikJul 2026

Quotes come from customers who agreed to be named this way, shared on WhatsApp or on calls, and trimmed only for length. We publish no star rating or review count, because we will not show a number we cannot show you the source of. Last checked September 2026.

Questions

Telecaller call tracking: what people ask

Will I see what each person did during the day?

Yes, from a browser, while the day is still running. The dashboard carries attempted and answered calls, minutes spent in conversation, how outcomes were spread across your stages, which promised callbacks were honoured, and the delay between a lead being handed to somebody and that person first ringing it.

Does telecaller call tracking need company phones?

No. Telodial runs on the phone each caller already carries, using their own SIM. Business calls made through the app are tracked; anything outside the app is not, which is the boundary most teams want.

Does it track personal calls?

No. The app reports on business calling done in the app against your leads. It is a work tool on a work list, not surveillance of a personal phone.

What is the most useful number on the dashboard?

Talk time per caller. Calls made can be inflated by short, pointless dials; twenty minutes of conversation cannot be. Read talk time first, then the outcome mix, then call count.

Can I stop employees exporting or deleting the lead list?

Yes. Export, transfer and delete are permissions granted per employee. A caller can work a list all day without being able to take it anywhere.

What happens to the tracking if a phone is lost?

Nothing is lost. Records sync to your company account as they are made, so a replacement phone signs in and the history is already there.

Can I see how quickly new leads are being called?

Yes. Each lead carries the time it was assigned and the time of its first call, so the delay is a column you can sort by rather than something you have to ask about.

Do managers get their own view?

Yes. Managers see the callers they are responsible for, with the same live numbers and the same remarks, under permissions the owner sets.

Is this employee monitoring?

It reports on business calling done inside the app against your leads, not on the personal use of a personal phone. Owners see call counts, talk time, outcomes and follow-ups; they do not see calls made outside the app.

Can managers see only their own team?

Yes. Managers see the callers they are responsible for, with the same live numbers and remarks, under permissions the owner sets per employee.

Can I export the reports?

Yes, for any date range, and the right to export is itself a permission. A caller can work a list all day without being able to take it anywhere.

Reports that write themselves change what a manager does with the day

Updated 5 September 2026

On most calling floors the first hour of the evening belongs to reporting. Callers reconstruct their day, managers collate it, and by the time anything is readable the day it describes is over. The cost is not only the hour. Numbers assembled from memory are systematically optimistic, so decisions get made on a version of the business that is slightly better than the real one, and the gap only shows up in the monthly revenue.

When the calling app is the source of the numbers, that whole ritual disappears. A call is counted because it happened, an outcome is attached because the caller chose one to close the sheet, and the dashboard is current rather than assembled. The manager conversation changes shape too: instead of asking how many calls were made, which invites a defensive answer, the question becomes why nine of yesterday interested leads have no follow-up date, which invites a specific one.

The measure worth building habits around is talk time. Call count rewards short dials, and a caller under pressure will produce them. Minutes of actual conversation cannot be manufactured, so they track effort honestly, and read alongside the outcome mix they show whether a quiet day was a lazy one or a list problem. Telodial reports both, with the remarks attached, which is what makes a low number a conversation rather than an accusation.
