Best telecalling CRM software in India?

The telecalling CRM that suits most Indian sales teams is whichever one calls out on the handset own SIM, files the outcome in two taps, and puts WhatsApp in the entry plan instead of a tier above it. On that test the field splits three ways. Call trackers such as Callyzer are cheapest and answer how many calls were made, but not what was said. Full platforms such as Runo and TeleCRM carry deeper reporting and automation, priced between about ₹599 and ₹799 per user per month. Between them sit tools priced for small teams, including Telodial at ₹159 per user per month with the dialer, CRM, reminders, WhatsApp and team reports in one plan. Above roughly fifty seats on cold outbound, a predictive cloud platform beats all of them. Prices are the vendors own published figures, checked in September 2026.

  • Does it dial from the phone own SIM, or over VoIP from a rented number
  • How long does it take a caller to record the outcome
  • Is WhatsApp in the base price, or a tier above it
  • What does a real team of five actually pay per month, including every feature you intend to use, at renewal rather than in the first year
Who put this together: we do, and Telodial is one of the entries. Every other price here is the figure published on that vendor own site, with the date we checked it, and every entry names something that tool does better than ours. Prices move: confirm before you pay. Prices checked 4 September 2026.
How we judged it

What actually decides this choice

  • Does it dial from the phone own SIM, or over VoIP from a rented number? In India the number displayed changes the answer rate more than anything else on this list.
  • How long does it take a caller to record the outcome? If it is more than two taps and cannot be done on the handset, the pipeline will be filled in from memory or not at all.
  • Is WhatsApp in the base price, or a tier above it? For most Indian teams it is half the follow-up, so a plan without it is not comparable.
  • What does a real team of five actually pay per month, including every feature you intend to use, at renewal rather than in the first year?
  • Can the owner read the day without anyone writing a report, and are exports and deletes controlled per employee?

    Telodial

    that is us

Best for: Small and mid-sized Indian teams who want dialing, CRM, follow-ups and WhatsApp in one bill

Telodial dials from the caller own SIM, takes status, remark and follow-up in a two-tap sheet the moment a call ends, and includes reminders, WhatsApp automation and the owner dashboard at ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan. It is the cheapest complete option on this list for a team under about fifty callers, and the app runs in 40 languages.

₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan, every feature included

    RMDialer

Best for: Buyers who want an established name, or who need billing outside India

A SIM-based dialer with the CRM attached, on the Play Store since 2020 and publishing counts of the businesses and countries using it. It is also the only entry here quoting a plan in US dollars, which settles the question for a team calling from outside India.

  3. 3

    Runo

Best for: Larger outbound teams that live in the reporting

Runo has the deepest manager reporting of the SIM-based tools here and offers cloud telephony alongside SIM calling. If your day is spent in dashboards rather than on the phone, that depth is worth the higher per-user price.

₹599 per user per month, billed annually

    Compare with Telodial
  4. 4

    TeleCRM

Best for: Teams that want heavy automation and sequences around WhatsApp

TeleCRM goes furthest on automation: lead capture, sequences and multi-channel follow-up. If you want the system to run a whole nurture sequence rather than just prompt a caller, it earns its price.

₹799 per user per month, billed annually

    Compare with Telodial
  5. 5

    NeoDove

Best for: Teams buying ten seats at once

The annual bundle is aggressive at exactly ten users. If you are hiring to that number anyway, the divided-by-ten figure is one of the lowest here; if your team is three, compare the real invoice instead.

Published as an annual bundle, around ₹19,999 a year for ten users, which works out near ₹167 per user per month

    Compare with Telodial
  6. 6

    Callyzer

Best for: Owners who only need to know what calling happened

Priced per number rather than per user and focused on tracking and analytics. If the question is how many calls were made and by whom, this answers it for less than a full CRM.

From about ₹161 per month per phone number on the entry plan

    Compare with Telodial
  7. 7

    GoDial

Best for: A single caller testing whether auto dialing helps at all

The free tier lets one person work a small list at no cost, which is the cheapest possible way to find out whether the dialing habit suits your business before anyone pays anything.

A limited free tier, with enterprise plans published from about ₹280 per member per month

    Compare with Telodial

    Calley

Best for: Solo agents who want a dialer and nothing else

A good, simple auto dialer with a usable free tier. If you do not need a lead pipeline, a dialer on its own is less to learn and less to pay for.

A free tier plus paid plans; the published Indian pricing has shifted between tiers, so confirm the current figure on their site

The three kinds of tool sold as a telecalling CRM

The category name covers three different products, which is why the prices look irreconcilable. A call tracker sits on the phone and reports on calls: who called whom, for how long, and how many were missed. It is the cheapest thing here and it answers a real question, but it holds no pipeline, so it can tell you a caller made ninety calls without telling you that eleven of them wanted a quotation.

A telecalling CRM adds the record: your own statuses, custom fields, remarks, follow-ups and a history per number, captured on the handset between calls. This is what most small teams actually need, because the failure they are trying to fix is not counting calls but losing what was said in them.

A contact-centre platform adds telephony: virtual numbers, IVR routing, queueing and predictive dialing across many agents at once. It is a different product with a different cost shape, and it is the right answer above roughly fifty seats on cold outbound lists. Below that, most of what you pay for it goes unused.

Why the number you dial from matters more than the dialing speed

Every comparison in this category eventually turns into a features table, and the feature that decides outcomes is rarely on it. In India an unfamiliar institutional-looking number is routinely ignored, and caller-ID apps make that worse by labelling unknown business numbers before the phone even rings. A dialer that places three times as many calls to people who do not answer is slower, not faster.

SIM-based tools dial from the phone own number, so the call looks like a person calling and gets answered, and a customer can save the number and reach the same caller later. The cost is throughput: one SIM makes one call at a time. That trade is right for a team calling its own enquiries and wrong for a floor of fifty agents working cold lists, which is the honest dividing line between the two halves of this list.

Being straight

When Telodial is the wrong choice

Three situations where something on this list, or something not on it, will serve you better.

  • A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM can.
  • A business that needs call recording, which Android restricts for third-party apps and which Telodial therefore does not offer.
  • A team whose selling happens mostly by email or in a field CRM rather than on the phone, where a general-purpose CRM will fit better.

Questions

What people ask before choosing

Which telecalling CRM is best for a small team in India?

For teams under about fifty callers who want dialing, lead records, follow-ups and WhatsApp in one bill, Telodial at ₹159 per user per month is the cheapest complete option on this list. If you only need call tracking, a per-number tracker costs less; if you need contact-centre reporting, Runo goes deeper.

How much should telecalling CRM software cost?

Indian tools in this category publish between roughly ₹150 and ₹800 per user per month, and the spread is mostly about what is bundled. Compare the annual total for your real team size with every feature you intend to use switched on, and check the renewal price rather than the first-year one.

Is a free telecalling CRM good enough?

For one person with a short list, often yes. Free tiers cap contacts, daily calls or both, and they generally stop short of team assignment and owner reporting, which is exactly what you need at the point a second and third caller join.

Do I need cloud telephony or is SIM calling enough?

SIM calling is enough, and usually better, for a team of two to fifty calling its own enquiries: your own number gets answered and there is no per-minute bill. Cloud telephony earns its cost on large floors working cold lists, where parallel dialing genuinely produces more conversations per hour.

Who wrote this list?

We did, and we make Telodial, which is on it. Every price here is the vendor own published figure with the date it was checked, every entry names something that tool does better, and the section above says plainly where a different kind of product beats ours.

How often is this list updated?

The prices are re-checked quarterly against each vendor own public pages, and the date each one was verified is shown on its comparison page. Confirm before you pay: prices in this category move.

Reading a shortlist like this one without being sold to

Updated 4 July 2026

The three shapes of product on this list

Everything in this category is one of three things, and half the confusion when buying comes from comparing across the shapes rather than within them.

The three shapes of product on this list
Shape What you get What it leaves you doing
Call tracker Volume, duration and who called whom Keeping the pipeline somewhere else, usually a sheet
Dialer with a CRM behind it The call, the record, the stage and the follow-up in one app Nothing, if the follow-up genuinely rings
Full sales platform Automation, sequences and multi-channel journeys Building and maintaining the automation

Prices on the shortlist above were read from each vendor own site on the date shown there. Confirm before you pay.

Working out which shape you need

The owner cannot see whether calling is happening.

A tracker will do, and costs least. That is a visibility problem with a cheap answer. Buying a full CRM to solve it means paying for a pipeline nobody asked for.

Calls happen but follow-ups go missing.

A dialer with the CRM behind it. Nothing is wrong with the calling. What is missing is that the promise made on the call never became something that rings at the agreed time, and no amount of reporting fixes that.

You want leads chased without a person deciding to.

A full platform, if somebody will own it. Automation is the most expensive shape and the only one that keeps paying after setup, provided a named person maintains it. Unowned automation quietly stops matching how the team works.

What people search before choosing

Which telecalling CRM is best in India?

For most Indian teams under fifty callers, one that dials through the SIM already in the phone, files the outcome in two taps and includes WhatsApp in the entry plan. That describes several tools on the list above, ours included. The genuine differences between them are price, reporting depth and whether you are buying automation you will use.

How much should a telecalling CRM cost per user in India?

Published per-user pricing in this category runs from roughly 150 rupees a month to about 800, and the spread is mostly automation depth and reporting rather than the calling itself. Below 150 you are usually looking at a tracker or a free tier with caps. Above 500 you should be able to name what the extra buys.

Is a telecalling CRM the same as call centre software?

No. Call centre software manages how calls move: routing, queues, IVR menus, occupancy and predictive dialing, usually over rented numbers. A telecalling CRM manages what was said: the record, the stage, the remark, the next follow-up. Teams under about fifty seats almost always want the second and get sold the first.

Do I need a CRM if I only have three callers?

Three is usually the size where a spreadsheet stops holding. Not because three people generate too much data, but because coordination begins: two of them ring the same customer, one leaves and takes the context, and the owner cannot see the day without asking. Those are the costs a tool removes at that size.

What should I check before signing an annual plan?

Four things: the renewal price rather than the joining price, what happens if the team shrinks, whether WhatsApp is in the plan or billed above it, and how you would get your data out. Ask all four before paying, of any vendor on this list including us.

Worth quoting

  • Telecalling CRM tools in India publish per-user prices from roughly 150 to 800 rupees a month, and the spread is mostly automation and reporting depth.
  • A call tracker answers how much calling happened; a telecalling CRM answers what was said and what happens next.
  • Call centre software manages how calls move; a telecalling CRM manages what was said on them.
  • Teams generally outgrow a spreadsheet at about the third caller, because of coordination rather than data volume.
  • The four questions to ask any vendor: renewal price, what happens if the team shrinks, whether WhatsApp is included, and how to export your data.

How this shortlist is put together

  • Every price on the list above was read from that vendor own public pricing page, and the date it was read is printed with the list.
  • Each entry carries the one situation it is genuinely the best answer for, including entries that are cheaper than us and entries that are free.
  • Nothing on the list is here because of a commercial arrangement. There are no affiliate links on this site and no vendor has paid to appear.

What this page does not claim

  • We make Telodial, which is on the list at position one. That is the strongest reason to read the rest of the entries rather than the top one.
  • We have not run every tool here as a paying customer through a full quarter, and the entries describe what each vendor publishes plus what the category is like to work in.
  • This is a list for teams of roughly two to fifty callers. Above that, the honest recommendation is a cloud contact-centre platform that none of these apps competes with.
