Software demos usually show you a perfect account belonging to a business that is not yours.
Fifteen minutes, on your own lead list. See Telodial, the telecalling CRM, doing the exact loop your callers repeat two hundred times a day.
The Telodial telecalling CRM demo happens on WhatsApp, in English, Hindi or Marathi, with a real call placed from the app while you watch. No form to fill, no sequence of emails afterwards.
Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST.
What happens in a Telodial telecalling CRM demo?
A Telodial demo is fifteen minutes on WhatsApp video or a screen share, run on your own lead list rather than a prepared account. The first few minutes cover how your team sells: how many callers, where enquiries arrive from, and what your pipeline stages are called in your own words. We then import a sample of your real leads, set up two or three of your real statuses, and place an actual call from the app so you watch the whole loop once: the customer record opening with the call, the two-tap sheet taking the status and remark, the reminder being set, and the WhatsApp message going out. The last few minutes show the same call landing on the owner dashboard with its talk time and outcome. There is no form to fill in and nothing to sign afterwards.
- Fifteen minutes, on WhatsApp video or a screen share
- Your own leads and your own pipeline stages
- English, Hindi or Marathi
- Nothing to sign, and the trial needs no card
What the fifteen minutes are spent on
Deliberately short, and deliberately about your business rather than our feature list.
- 1
Two minutes: what you sell and how
How many callers, where the leads come from, and what your pipeline stages are actually called in your business.
- 2
Five minutes: your own leads in the app
We import a sample of your real list and set up two or three of your real statuses, so you are looking at your business rather than a demo account.
- 3
Five minutes: one real call
A call goes out from the dialer, the after-call sheet takes the outcome, the reminder is set and the WhatsApp goes. The whole loop, once, end to end.
- 4
Three minutes: the owner view
The same call appears on the dashboard with its talk time and outcome, which is the part owners usually came to see.
You can just start the trial instead
Most owners who book a demo end up setting the account up themselves anyway. The trial is three days, every feature, no card, so there is nothing to lose by going straight there.
-
No sales sequence
One conversation. If it is not for you, we say so and stop.
-
Bring a colleague
Owners usually come first, then bring the callers to a second session.
-
Real numbers
We place a real call, not a recorded walkthrough.
-
Setup included
If you go ahead, statuses and sources are configured with you at no charge.
On the first conversation
I was quoted five times this per user elsewhere, for less. I kept looking for the catch and the catch was that there is no add-on tier.
We ran the team on a shared Excel sheet for four years. The sheet was never wrong at 10 am and never right by 6 pm. Now the status changes when the call ends, so what I open at night is what actually happened.
I wanted a telecalling CRM that a 22-year-old could use on day one without training. Two of my three new joiners never asked me a single question about the app.
Quotes come from customers who agreed to be named this way, shared on WhatsApp or on calls, and trimmed only for length. We publish no star rating or review count, because we will not show a number we cannot show you the source of. Last checked September 2026.
About the demo
What happens in the demo?
Fifteen minutes on WhatsApp video or a screen share, on your own lead list if you want. We set up two or three of your real statuses, import a sample of your leads and make a call through the app, so you see your business in it rather than a demo account.
Is the demo free?
Yes, and there is nothing to sign afterwards. Most people who book one go straight to the free trial and set it up themselves.
Which languages can the demo be in?
English, Hindi or Marathi. Tell us which when you message and we will match it.
Do I need to prepare anything?
A rough idea of your lead statuses and, if possible, a small export of your current lead list. Neither is required; we can start from a blank account.
Can my whole team join?
Yes. Owners usually join alone first, then bring the callers into a second session once they have decided, which tends to work better than a large first call.
How soon can we start after the demo?
The same day. The trial needs no card, so the usual path is a demo in the morning and the team calling from the app the next morning.
What a useful demo looks like, and what to ask in it
Updated 21 July 2026
Getting something out of fifteen minutes
You want to know whether it fits.
Bring your own list and your own stages. A demo on somebody sample data proves only that the software runs. Your list is where the awkward questions live, and fifteen minutes on it is worth an hour of slides.
You are comparing two or three tools.
Ask each of them the same three questions. Demos are designed to show strengths. Fixed questions asked of everybody surface the differences that the running order was arranged to avoid.
The team, not you, will use it.
Put a caller in the demo. An owner watching a demo evaluates reporting. A caller watching the same demo notices how many taps the after-call sheet takes, which is what decides whether any of the reporting has data in it.
What people ask about the demo
What should I ask in a CRM demo?
Show me the moment a call ends. Show me what an owner sees on Wednesday without asking anybody. Show me what happens to a lead when the caller who owns it resigns. Those three cover the whole working life of the tool, and vendors who struggle with the second and third usually have a reason.
How long does a demo take?
About fifteen minutes on WhatsApp, which is enough to see the calling loop end to end. Anything much longer is usually covering features you will not use in the first six months.
Do I need to install anything first?
No. If you want to follow along on your own phone the trial is three days with no card, but the demo itself does not require it.
Can you set it up with our data?
Yes, and that is the version worth having. Bring a list and the stages you already use, and the demo becomes a test of fit rather than a presentation about features.
What this rests on
- The demo format and duration described here are ours.
- The three questions are the ones that most reliably separate tools in this category, in our experience of being asked them.
What this page does not claim
- We run the demo, so this page is advice on how to interrogate us as well as everybody else. Ask us the third question in particular.
Worth quoting
- The three questions worth asking in any calling CRM demo: what happens when a call ends, what the owner sees without asking, and what happens to a lead when its caller resigns.
- A demo on sample data proves the software runs; a demo on your own list tests whether it fits.
- Put a caller in the demo, because they notice tap counts that an owner will not.
- A useful demo of a tool like this takes about fifteen minutes.
- Ask every vendor the same fixed questions, because demos are arranged to show strengths.
