Which telecalling CRM should an Indian team choose?

It depends on team size and on what you are trying to fix. If the problem is that nobody knows what was said on a call, you need a lead record on the handset, and Telodial covers that at ₹159 per user per month with the dialer, reminders and WhatsApp included. If the problem is only that you cannot see how much calling happens, a per-number call tracker such as Callyzer costs less and answers exactly that. If you run a large floor on cold outbound lists and need contact-centre reporting or predictive dialing, Runo or a cloud platform will serve you better than any SIM-based tool including ours. Below roughly fifty callers, working your own enquiries, the deciding factors are usually the number the customer sees and whether the outcome gets recorded in two taps.

  • Indian mobiles answer a SIM call far more often than a VoIP one
  • Find out if WhatsApp is in the plan or billed on top
  • Compare the renewal price, not the first-year price
  • Above about fifty cold-outbound seats, a cloud platform wins

Questions

About Telodial, in short

What is Telodial?

Telodial is telecalling CRM software built around the two seconds after a phone call. The lead list, the dialer and the customer record sit in one Android app, so a caller picks a status, writes a remark and sets the next date without leaving the screen the call just ended on. Managers read the resulting numbers in a browser.

Is Telodial a cloud dialer? Do I need a virtual number?

Neither. Every call is placed through the SIM card sitting in the handset, which means your ordinary mobile number is what rings on the customer side and your existing tariff is what pays for it. Nothing is rented, no routing menu has to be configured, and no telephony invoice arrives at the end of the month.

How much does Telodial cost?

Two billing periods, one product: ₹159 for each user each month when billed yearly, or ₹249 on the shorter three-month period, before tax. Nothing sits behind an upgrade prompt, leads and calls are uncapped, and the only usage bill you will see comes from your mobile operator for the calls themselves. A three-day trial runs first and asks for no payment details. Prices checked September 2026.

Which phones does it work on?

Android handsets running version 8 upwards, which in practice covers almost anything bought in the last several years. Nobody on the calling floor needs a laptop; the owner and any manager sign in to a browser instead, on whatever device they already use.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes, for three days, with nothing switched off and no payment details asked for. Use the time on a genuine morning of work rather than a sample list, because the only question worth answering is whether your callers keep closing the outcome sheet when nobody is watching them.

How to read a comparison page written by one of the vendors

Questions worth asking of any comparison

Can a vendor comparison page ever be useful?

Only if it is checkable. Ours prints the date each rival figure was read and names what each of them does better, so you can verify a claim rather than trust it. A page where the author wins every row tells you nothing except who wrote it, which is most of them.

What should I compare besides price?

The renewal price rather than the joining one, whether WhatsApp is in the plan or billed above it, what happens if the team shrinks mid-year, and how you would export your data if you left. Those four decide the real cost far more often than the headline does.

How do I trial two tools fairly?

Same list, same callers, same hours, one after the other rather than in parallel. Then watch how long it takes somebody to file an outcome after a call, because that is the number that decides whether your records survive month three.

What is the most common mistake buyers make here?

Comparing across product shapes. A call tracker, a dialer with a CRM behind it and a full sales platform are three different things, and a spreadsheet of features will happily rank them against each other as though they answer the same question.

How these pages are maintained

  • Each comparison carries the date its rival figures were read from that vendor own public pages.
  • Where a figure is not clearly published, the page says check with the vendor rather than guessing at it.
  • Every page names at least one thing the other product does better, and one situation where nobody should choose us.

What this page does not claim

  • We make one of the products being compared. Read the rows you care about on both vendor sites.
  • Prices in this category are revised often, and a page more than a quarter old should be confirmed before you pay anybody.

Worth quoting

  • A comparison page where the author wins every row tells you only who wrote it.
  • The four things to compare besides price: renewal cost, whether WhatsApp is included, what happens if the team shrinks, and how to export your data.
  • Trial two tools on the same list with the same callers, one after the other rather than at once.
  • Comparing a call tracker with a full sales platform ranks two answers to different questions.
  • Time to file an outcome after a call is the number that predicts whether records survive month three.
