What counts as a user?
One user is one person who signs in. Five callers plus an owner who only reads the web dashboard is five users, because the owner dashboard login is included rather than charged.
Are there per-lead or per-call charges?
No. Leads, calls and automations are unlimited. You pay your mobile operator for the calls, as you already do, and WhatsApp API messages are billed by the provider you connect at their rates. Telodial adds nothing on top of either.
What is in the free trial?

How do I pay?

same product differently. One tool quotes per user and charges for WhatsApp separately. Another
quotes per phone number. A third looks cheap until the reports you actually need turn out to sit in
a higher tier. The only comparison that survives contact with reality is the annual total for your
real team size, with every feature you intend to use switched on.
Watch for three things in particular. First, whether calling is billed by the minute: a cloud dialer
turns a fixed monthly cost into a variable one that grows precisely when business is good. Second,
whether WhatsApp is included or an add-on, since for most Indian teams it is half the follow-up.
Third, what happens at renewal, because the discount that closed the deal does not always survive
the second year.
