Data in the app
This is a tool businesses use to run their own customer relationships, so the material inside it is theirs: the leads they enter, the notes their staff type, the reminders they set, the messages they send and the sales they record. It sits on the handset, and once somebody signs in a copy travels to that company account, which is what lets a replacement device pick the history up and what the owner reads on the dashboard.
Permissions
Access to the phone, its history and the address book is what allows dialling, keeping a record of each call, and putting a familiar name on an incoming one using material you already hold. Alerts require notification access. The camera and the device position are touched only where attendance has been switched on, and then only in the instant somebody clocks in or out. Nothing is requested before the feature needing it is opened, the reason is stated at that moment, and refusing simply leaves that one capability dormant.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or share customer data with advertisers, and we do not use the contents of your leads or conversations for any purpose other than running the service for you.
Lead sources and WhatsApp
Where a spreadsheet, a web address or a messaging provider has been attached to an account, what gets read is confined to whatever that company itself pointed us at, and it is read on their instruction. Outgoing messages leave through whichever provider that company signed up with, governed by the terms they agreed there, and billed by them.
This website
These pages are plain files with no application behind them. No advertising trackers are placed, and there is no form to fill in, because every button here simply hands you over to WhatsApp, your dialler or your mail programme. The web server keeps the usual short technical record of requests, meaning the originating address, the page wanted and the moment it was asked for, and that record is discarded on rotation.
Deletion
Whoever owns the account may remove individual records, whole groups of them, or the contents of the account, either from the handset or from the dashboard, whenever they choose. To have the entire account closed and its contents erased, write to ksagar1432@gmail.com; that is completed inside 30 days.

Who owns the data in the app?
You do. Everything your staff enter, the enquiries, the notes, the dates they set and the record of what was dialled, is your company material, and we handle it for the single purpose of running the service you are paying for.
What does the app do with call log and contacts permissions?
They are what let it dial, keep a record of what was dialled, and put a familiar name on an incoming call using material your business already holds. Each is requested at the point the relevant feature is first opened, with the reason stated, and turning one down leaves everything else working while that single capability stays dormant.
Is my data sold or shared with advertisers?
No. It is never sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
Where is the data stored?
It lives on the handset, and once somebody signs in a copy also sits in your company account on our servers. That copy is what a replacement phone picks up from and what the owner reads on the dashboard.
How do I delete my data?
Whoever owns the account may remove records, or all of them, from the handset or the dashboard at any moment. Closing the account entirely is a written request to us, and it is carried out inside 30 days.
Does this website track me?
These pages are plain files with nothing running behind them. No advertising trackers are set and there is no form to complete, since each button hands you to WhatsApp, your dialler or your mail programme. The usual brief technical request record is kept for security and then discarded.
