Team calling app

Five people, one spreadsheet, and every morning starts with somebody splitting it by hand.

One list and five callers is a coordination problem, not a calling problem. The Telodial team calling app solves the coordination and leaves the calling alone.

Each caller sees their own queue. The owner sees all of them. Nobody spends the first half hour of the day deciding who rings whom.

Free for 3 days, every feature, no card needed.

How do several callers share one lead list?

By each owning part of it, decided automatically rather than by hand every morning. A shared list with no ownership produces the same three failures everywhere: two people ring one customer, the awkward leads are left for somebody else, and the owner cannot tell what happened without asking. A team calling app from Telodial gives every lead an owner as it arrives, shows each caller only their own queue, and keeps one shared record underneath so history follows the customer rather than the person. When somebody is on leave their leads reassign with the full conversation attached. When somebody resigns, the relationships stay with the business rather than walking out on a personal phone. The owner reads calls, talk time, outcomes and follow-ups kept for each person in a browser, without anybody compiling an evening report about their own day.

  • Every caller gets their own queue
  • One shared record underneath
  • Leads reassign with their history
  • Owner reporting without an evening report
How it works

Team calling app, step by step

1

Leads get an owner

By rotation, by source, by product or by language, applied as each lead arrives rather than by somebody dividing a sheet at nine in the morning.

2

Each caller sees their own day

Their assigned leads, their callbacks due, their follow-ups. Not four hundred rows of everybody work to scroll past first.

3

The record stays shared

Every call, note and status change sits on the customer, so anybody who picks that customer up later reads the whole story rather than a phone number.

4

The owner reads, nobody writes

Calls, talk time, outcomes recorded and follow-ups kept, per person, drawn from the handset call log rather than from what anybody typed in.

When this is not what you need

A single caller gains nothing here. Assignment, permissions and per-person reporting all exist to solve problems that only appear once a second person shares the list, and paying for them before that is paying for screens you will not open.

From teams using Telodial

What callers and owners tell us

When a caller left, her whole history stayed. Six years ago that would have walked out of the office in a diary.
Deepa C.Owner, travel agency, PuneAug 2026
Talk time per person is the number I actually watch. Calls made can be gamed. Twenty-two minutes of talk time cannot.
Mohit L.Head of sales, JaipurJun 2026
We used to lose two or three callbacks a week and never knew which ones. Now the overdue list is on screen and it is usually empty.

Quotes come from customers who agreed to be named this way, shared on WhatsApp or on calls, and trimmed only for length. We publish no star rating or review count, because we will not show a number we cannot show you the source of. Last checked September 2026.

Questions

Team calling app: what people ask

How many users can share one account?

As many as you have callers, priced per seat at ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan. There is no minimum seat count and no bundle threshold to hit.

Can two callers ring the same customer?

Not once leads are assigned on arrival, because ownership is decided before anybody dials. That is the specific failure a shared spreadsheet cannot prevent, however careful everybody is.

What happens when a caller leaves the company?

Their leads reassign with the full history attached, so the next person continues a relationship rather than introducing themselves to a stranger. On personal phones and notebooks that context leaves with the person.

Can I stop callers exporting the whole database?

Yes. Permissions govern what each person can see, export and delete, which is the part most teams only think about after somebody has left with a copy of the list.

Does every caller need the same phone?

No. Anything running Android 8 upwards, carrying the SIM those calls go out on. A mix of expensive and cheap handsets across one team is normal and causes no trouble.

Does the owner need to install the app?

Only if the owner is dialling too. Somebody who manages rather than calls will find the browser dashboard easier, since comparing several people side by side needs a bigger screen than a handset gives you.

The three things that break when a second caller joins

Updated 30 July 2026

What to fix, in the order it breaks

Two callers reached the same customer.

Assign on arrival. This is the first thing to break and the most visible to the customer, who concludes the business is disorganised before anybody has pitched anything.

Somebody left and their leads went quiet.

Move ownership off personal phones. Context that lives in one person handset leaves with that person. The next caller inherits a phone number rather than a relationship, and the customer notices immediately.

The owner is asking for an evening report.

Read the handset call log instead. A report written by the people it measures is not evidence, and the hour it takes is the most expensive hour of their day.

What people ask about team calling

At what size does a team need this?

The second caller creates the problem and the third makes it expensive. With one person there is nothing to coordinate. With three, somebody spends about an hour a day dividing lists and assembling a report, which costs more than the software for the whole team.

Can callers see each other leads?

That is a permissions question and worth deciding deliberately. Most teams want callers to see their own queue and managers to see everything, because a caller scrolling four hundred rows of other people work is a caller not calling.

How do we stop the whole database walking out?

Permissions on export and delete, set before somebody resigns rather than after. This is the control most teams think about exactly once, and it is usually the week after they needed it.

Does everybody need the same phone?

No. Any Android handset on version 8 upwards works, and a mixed fleet is normal. Test on the cheapest one in use, because that is where background app restrictions bite and where reminders quietly fail.

What happens when somebody is on leave?

Reassign their open leads with the history attached and move them back afterwards. Both reassignments stay on the record, which matters when a customer eventually asks why three different people have called them.

What this page rests on

  • The size thresholds reflect what Indian teams of two to fifty callers report rather than measured research.
  • Assignment, permissions and reporting behaviour are how the product works today.

What this page does not claim

  • A single caller gains nothing from any of this, and the page says so rather than selling seats that will not be used.

The short version

  • The second caller creates the coordination problem; the third makes it cost about an hour a day.
  • Two people reaching one customer is the failure a shared spreadsheet cannot prevent.
  • Context held on a personal handset leaves the business when that person does.
  • Export and delete permissions are decided most often the week after they were needed.
  • A report compiled by the people it measures is not evidence of anything.
