Paying more per caller than the calling itself costs?
A GoDial alternative for teams that sell on their own SIM. Telodial, the telecalling CRM, is ₹159 per user with everything in one plan.
An auto dialer and sales CRM app with a free tier and per-member enterprise plans. Here is how the two compare on the things that decide it, including where GoDial is the better buy.
Free for 3 days, every feature, no card needed.
Which GoDial alternative works best in India?
Telodial is a GoDial alternative built for Indian teams of roughly two to fifty callers. Calls go out through the SIM already in the caller phone rather than over VoIP, so the customer sees an ordinary mobile number and answers it, and a customer who calls back later reaches the same person. The lead record lives in the same app: the after-call sheet opens the moment a call ends and takes the status, a remark and the next follow-up in two taps, so nothing is written up afterwards from memory. WhatsApp is part of the product rather than a separate line on the invoice, covering automatic messages after calls, bulk campaigns and a shared reply inbox. The app itself runs in 40 languages, chosen per caller. Telodial costs ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan with every feature included. GoDial publishes A limited free tier, with enterprise plans published from about ₹280 per member per month.
- Your own SIM and number, so calls get answered
- Two-tap after-call sheet, on the handset
- WhatsApp automation and campaigns in the base price
- ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan

Where GoDial wins
- A free tier that lets a single caller work a small list at no cost.
- Straightforward auto dialing from the phone own SIM, with a simple setup.
- Available on both mobile platforms, which suits mixed-device teams.
Listed price: A limited free tier, with enterprise plans published from about ₹280 per member per month
Where Telodial wins
- One price, everything in it. ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan, with the auto dialer, lead CRM, reminders, WhatsApp and team reporting all included rather than split across tiers.
- Your own SIM and number. Calls go out through the phone own SIM, so customers see a normal mobile number and can call it back later and reach the same person.
- Built for the two seconds after a call. The after-call sheet opens by itself and takes status, remark and follow-up in two taps, which is the only moment a busy caller will reliably give you.
- The app in 40 languages. Chosen per caller rather than per company, in day-to-day words, so a new joiner reads their own screen from the first hour.
Listed price: ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan
Worth asking before you commit
- The free tier caps contacts and daily calls, so check the numbers against your actual list.
- Check which features sit in the free tier against the enterprise plan you would end up on.
- Check the depth of team reporting if the owner view is the reason you are buying.
The free tier is a good way to test whether auto dialing helps at all. Once a team is past its caps and paying per member, compare the total against Telodial at ₹159 per user with the CRM, WhatsApp and reporting already included.
When GoDial or something else is the better choice
- A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM can.
- A business that needs call recording, which Android restricts for third-party apps and which Telodial therefore does not offer.
- A team whose selling happens mostly by email or in a field CRM rather than on the phone, where a general-purpose CRM will fit better.
From teams who moved
Six callers, one bill, no add-ons to argue about. I know exactly what next year costs, which I could not say about the last system.
One renewal we would otherwise have missed covered the whole year for the whole team. That is the honest arithmetic of it.
We ran the team on a shared Excel sheet for four years. The sheet was never wrong at 10 am and never right by 6 pm. Now the status changes when the call ends, so what I open at night is what actually happened.
Quotes come from customers who agreed to be named this way, shared on WhatsApp or on calls, and trimmed only for length. We publish no star rating or review count, because we will not show a number we cannot show you the source of. Last checked September 2026.
GoDial alternative: common questions
Is Telodial cheaper than GoDial?
GoDial publishes A limited free tier, with enterprise plans published from about ₹280 per member per month. Telodial is ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan with WhatsApp and the auto dialer included. For a five-person team that is roughly ₹1,400 a month against ₹795. Compare the renewal price rather than the first-year price, and check what each plan includes for your team size. Checked 4 September 2026.
Can I move my data from GoDial?
Yes. Export your leads to Excel or CSV, import them into Telodial and map your own columns once. Numbers that already exist are matched and merged rather than added twice, so a customer with history does not become two records.
Does Telodial use my own SIM or VoIP?
Your own SIM. The call goes out from the phone in the caller hand and shows your own number, which is why answer rates in India stay higher than on rented VoIP numbers. There is no per-minute telephony bill, because the calls run on the mobile plan you already pay for.
What does GoDial do better?
A free tier that lets a single caller work a small list at no cost. If that is the deciding factor for your team, they are a reasonable choice, and we would rather say so here than have you find out after paying.
Who should not switch to Telodial?
A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM can. Also any team that needs call recording, which Android restricts for third-party apps and which we therefore do not offer.
Starting free, and what the second caller changes

The questions people bring here
What are the limits on the GoDial free tier?
They cap contacts and calls per day, with paid plans published from about 280 rupees per member per month above that. Read the current caps on their own site, because those numbers move more often than paid prices do. The free tier is enough to find out whether auto dialing changes how much you get through, which is the honest reason to start there.
Does GoDial work on iPhone?
They publish apps for both mobile platforms, which is a real advantage for a mixed-device team and something Telodial cannot match: we are Android only, because replacing the dialer and reading call state are things iOS does not permit. If half your team is on iPhones, that decides it and there is no point pretending otherwise.
Is GoDial cheaper than Telodial?
Free is cheaper than 159 rupees, so at one caller yes, plainly. Their published enterprise pricing sits near 280 rupees per member per month, which is above ours, so at team size the comparison reverses. The interesting figure is not either headline but the point where you cross from one to the other.
Can I import my existing leads?
Both tools take Excel or CSV. Coming here, you map your own columns once and numbers that already exist are merged rather than added twice, so a customer with history does not become two half-records. Export from wherever you are before you stop paying for it.
GoDial or Telodial for three callers?
At three, the free tier caps usually start to bite and the paid tiers are what you are really comparing. That comparison is about what is included rather than the per-member number: check where WhatsApp automation, assignment and owner reporting sit on each plan, because a cheaper seat that needs two add-ons is not cheaper.
Where they part company
Both dial from the SIM in the phone and both import a list from a spreadsheet, so those rows are omitted.
| Telodial | GoDial | |
|---|---|---|
| Free tier | No, three days free with every feature | Yes, with caps on contacts and daily calls |
| Listed price | 159 rupees per user per month, yearly plan | From about 280 rupees per member per month on paid plans |
| Platforms | Android only | Both mobile platforms |
| WhatsApp automation and campaigns | In the base price | Check with vendor |
| Languages in the app | 40 | Check with vendor |

Where each one wins
Some of your callers use iPhones.
GoDial, or a cloud dialer. We are Android only and cannot serve that team at all. This is the clearest reason on the page to choose them, and it is not a close call.
One caller, testing whether auto dialing is worth anything.
GoDial free tier. It costs nothing to answer the only question that matters at that stage, and nobody should pay a subscription to find out whether a habit suits them.
Three or more Android callers, and WhatsApp follow-up matters.
Telodial. At team size the comparison stops being about the dialer and becomes about what else is in the plan. WhatsApp automation and campaigns are in our base price rather than an add-on above it.
How this was checked
- GoDial free tier caps, platform availability and enterprise pricing were read from their own published pages on 4 September 2026.
- Where their plan detail is not clearly published, this page says check with vendor rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
- Telodial figures are the yearly per-seat rate on our pricing page, and the Android-only limitation is stated in our own FAQ as well as here.
What this page does not claim
- We make Telodial. Two of the three situations above point at GoDial, which is genuine, and one of them is a platform we simply do not support.
- Free tier limits are the part most likely to be out of date on any third-party page. Theirs is the only source to trust.
- We have not compared dialing throughput between the two tools on the same list under the same conditions.
The short version
- GoDial offers a free tier with caps on contacts and daily calls, and paid plans published from about 280 rupees per member per month.
- Telodial is Android only. GoDial publishes apps for both mobile platforms, which matters for a mixed-device team.
- Telodial is 159 rupees per user per month on the yearly plan, with WhatsApp automation and campaigns included.
- At one caller the free tier is cheaper; at team size the published paid rates reverse the comparison.
- Both tools dial through the SIM already in the handset rather than over VoIP.
