Paying more per caller than the calling itself costs?
A TeleCRM alternative for teams that sell on their own SIM. Telodial, the telecalling CRM, is ₹159 per user with everything in one plan.

Which TeleCRM alternative works best in India?
Telodial is a TeleCRM alternative built for Indian teams of roughly two to fifty callers. Calls go out through the SIM already in the caller phone rather than over VoIP, so the customer sees an ordinary mobile number and answers it, and a customer who calls back later reaches the same person. The lead record lives in the same app: the after-call sheet opens the moment a call ends and takes the status, a remark and the next follow-up in two taps, so nothing is written up afterwards from memory. WhatsApp is part of the product rather than a separate line on the invoice, covering automatic messages after calls, bulk campaigns and a shared reply inbox. The app itself runs in 40 languages, chosen per caller. Telodial costs ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan with every feature included. TeleCRM publishes ₹799 per user per month, billed annually.
- Your own SIM and number, so calls get answered
- Two-tap after-call sheet, on the handset
- WhatsApp automation and campaigns in the base price
- ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan

Where TeleCRM wins
- A mature product with a long track record and a large Indian customer base.
- Deep automation around lead capture, sequences and WhatsApp on the higher plans.
- Plenty of published material and community answers, so questions are easy to research.

Where Telodial wins
- One price, everything in it. ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan, with the auto dialer, lead CRM, reminders, WhatsApp and team reporting all included rather than split across tiers.
- Your own SIM and number. Calls go out through the phone own SIM, so customers see a normal mobile number and can call it back later and reach the same person.
- Built for the two seconds after a call. The after-call sheet opens by itself and takes status, remark and follow-up in two taps, which is the only moment a busy caller will reliably give you.
- The app in 40 languages. Chosen per caller rather than per company, in day-to-day words, so a new joiner reads their own screen from the first hour.
Listed price: ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan
Worth asking before you commit
- Priced per user, so the monthly bill grows with every caller you add.
- Check which automation and integration limits apply to the plan you are actually quoted.
- Check which languages the app interface itself runs in, not the website or support.
A five-person team on their listed price is about ₹3,995 a month. The same five on Telodial is ₹795, with WhatsApp and the auto dialer in the base plan rather than in a tier.
When TeleCRM or something else is the better choice
- A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM can.
- A business that needs call recording, which Android restricts for third-party apps and which Telodial therefore does not offer.
- A team whose selling happens mostly by email or in a field CRM rather than on the phone, where a general-purpose CRM will fit better.
From teams who moved
I was quoted five times this per user elsewhere, for less. I kept looking for the catch and the catch was that there is no add-on tier.
The thing that sold my callers was that nothing extra was asked of them. Same phone, same SIM, one sheet after the call. Nobody had to learn a computer.
What sold me was seeing yesterday numbers without asking anyone for them. I had been chasing a daily report by message for two years.
Quotes come from customers who agreed to be named this way, shared on WhatsApp or on calls, and trimmed only for length. We publish no star rating or review count, because we will not show a number we cannot show you the source of. Last checked September 2026.
TeleCRM alternative: common questions
Is Telodial cheaper than TeleCRM?
TeleCRM publishes ₹799 per user per month, billed annually. Telodial is ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan with WhatsApp and the auto dialer included. For a five-person team that is roughly ₹3,995 a month against ₹795. Compare the renewal price rather than the first-year price, and check what each plan includes for your team size. Checked 4 September 2026.
Can I move my data from TeleCRM?
Yes. Export your leads to Excel or CSV, import them into Telodial and map your own columns once. Numbers that already exist are matched and merged rather than added twice, so a customer with history does not become two records.
Does Telodial use my own SIM or VoIP?
Your own SIM. The call goes out from the phone in the caller hand and shows your own number, which is why answer rates in India stay higher than on rented VoIP numbers. There is no per-minute telephony bill, because the calls run on the mobile plan you already pay for.
What does TeleCRM do better?
A mature product with a long track record and a large Indian customer base. If that is the deciding factor for your team, they are a reasonable choice, and we would rather say so here than have you find out after paying.
Who should not switch to Telodial?
A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM can. Also any team that needs call recording, which Android restricts for third-party apps and which we therefore do not offer.
Paying for automation, and whether your team will use it
Updated 9 July 2026
The questions people bring to this comparison
Is TeleCRM worth 799 rupees per user per month?
It is if the automation is the thing you are buying and somebody is going to build it. Sequences, lead capture rules and multi-step WhatsApp journeys are real work to set up and real value once they run. What makes the figure hurt is paying it for five callers who only ever needed a dialer, a lead record and a reminder that rings. Count how many people in your office would open the automation builder in a normal month. If the answer is nobody, you are buying a capability, not using one.
What is the cheapest TeleCRM alternative in India?
Cheapest and best are different questions. Callyzer is cheaper again if you only want to see how much calling happened, because it prices per phone number rather than per user. Telodial is 159 rupees per user per month with the dialer, the lead record, reminders and WhatsApp all in the one plan. The real comparison is not the headline but what you still have to buy afterwards to get a working day.
Does TeleCRM dial through your own SIM?
Yes, it is Android and SIM-based, the same basic approach as ours. So the customer sees an ordinary mobile number either way and answer rates are not the deciding factor between these two. What differs is how much product sits behind the call and what you pay per seat for it.
Can I get my leads out of TeleCRM if I leave?
Export to Excel or CSV, which is the normal route out of any tool in this category, then import here and map your columns once. Numbers that already exist are matched and merged rather than duplicated. Do the export while your account is still live: the moment to think about leaving is before you need to, not after the plan lapses.
TeleCRM or Telodial for a team of five?
At five seats the gap is roughly 3,200 rupees a month, or about 38,000 a year, for automation depth. That is worth paying when somebody owns the automation and it saves a person a day a week. It is not worth paying when the actual complaint is that nobody knows what was said on yesterday calls, which is a much smaller problem than the price difference suggests.
Where the two genuinely differ
Both are Android, both dial through the SIM in the phone, and both put the record beside the call. Those rows are left out.
| Telodial | TeleCRM | |
|---|---|---|
| Listed price | 159 rupees per user per month, yearly plan | 799 rupees per user per month, billed annually |
| What the entry plan includes | Every feature, including WhatsApp automation and campaigns | Varies by plan level; check where WhatsApp sits on yours |
| Automation depth | Rules that fire on a status change, deliberately simple | Sequences, capture rules and multi-step journeys |
| Languages in the app | 40 | Check with vendor |
| Who it suits | Two to fifty callers who want one plan and no build phase | Teams with somebody to own and maintain the automation |

Which way your situation points
Somebody in the business enjoys building workflows.
TeleCRM, and pay the difference happily. Automation is only worth what it saves, and it only saves anything when a person owns it, revises it and notices when it breaks. Where that person exists, the deeper toolkit repays the seat price. Where they do not, it becomes an expensive settings screen nobody opens.
The problem is that calls happen and nobody records what was said.
Telodial. That is a two-tap problem, not an automation problem. The whole gap between these two prices is buying capability aimed at a different complaint from the one you actually have.
You are five people and the budget is genuinely tight.
Look at what you would drop. The honest test is to list what you would stop doing if the automation vanished tomorrow. If the list is short, the cheaper seat wins. If it is long, you have already answered the question and should not be shopping on price.
How this comparison was made
- TeleCRM prices and plan contents were read from their own published pages on 4 September 2026. Nothing here comes from a review site or a directory listing.
- The five-seat arithmetic uses both published per-user figures at the yearly commitment, which is the fair comparison because that is the tier each vendor advertises.
- Where a TeleCRM plan detail is not clearly published, this page says check with the vendor instead of guessing at it.
What this page does not claim
- We make Telodial, and it is the tool this page recommends most often. Weigh the rows accordingly.
- We have not run TeleCRM as a customer through a full sales quarter, so nothing here is a verdict on how its automation behaves at scale.
- Plan structures in this category are revised often. If the date above is more than a quarter old, check both sites before deciding.
The short version
- TeleCRM publishes 799 rupees per user per month billed annually; Telodial publishes 159 rupees per user per month on the yearly plan.
- Both are Android apps that dial through the SIM in the caller handset, so answer rates do not separate them.
- The price gap buys automation depth: sequences, lead capture rules and multi-step WhatsApp journeys.
- Automation only pays for itself when a named person in the business owns and maintains it.
- For a five-person team the difference is roughly 38,000 rupees a year.
