Callyzer alternative

Paying more per caller than the calling itself costs?

A Callyzer alternative for teams that sell on their own SIM. Telodial, the telecalling CRM, is ₹159 per user with everything in one plan.

A SIM-based call tracking and telecalling tool, priced per phone number rather than per user. Here is how the two compare on the things that decide it, including where Callyzer is the better buy.

Which Callyzer alternative works best in India?

Telodial is a Callyzer alternative built for Indian teams of roughly two to fifty callers. Calls go out through the SIM already in the caller phone rather than over VoIP, so the customer sees an ordinary mobile number and answers it, and a customer who calls back later reaches the same person. The lead record lives in the same app: the after-call sheet opens the moment a call ends and takes the status, a remark and the next follow-up in two taps, so nothing is written up afterwards from memory. WhatsApp is part of the product rather than a separate line on the invoice, covering automatic messages after calls, bulk campaigns and a shared reply inbox. The app itself runs in 40 languages, chosen per caller. Telodial costs ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan with every feature included. Callyzer publishes From about ₹161 per month per phone number on the entry plan.

  • Your own SIM and number, so calls get answered

Where Callyzer wins

  • Very low entry price if all you need is call tracking and reporting.
  • Per-number pricing is simple to understand and easy to start with.
  • Strong on the analytics and monitoring side of a calling team.

Listed price: From about ₹161 per month per phone number on the entry plan

Where Telodial wins

  • One price, everything in it. ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan, with the auto dialer, lead CRM, reminders, WhatsApp and team reporting all included rather than split across tiers.
  • Your own SIM and number. Calls go out through the phone own SIM, so customers see a normal mobile number and can call it back later and reach the same person.
  • Built for the two seconds after a call. The after-call sheet opens by itself and takes status, remark and follow-up in two taps, which is the only moment a busy caller will reliably give you.
  • The app in 40 languages. Chosen per caller rather than per company, in day-to-day words, so a new joiner reads their own screen from the first hour.

Worth asking before you commit

  • Check how much CRM there is beyond call tracking: statuses, custom fields and a lead pipeline are a different job from logging calls.
  • Check whether WhatsApp automation and campaigns are included at that price.
  • Check what the entry plan limits are, since the headline figure is the smallest tier.

If you only want to know how many calls were made, a call tracker is enough and cheaper. Teams usually move when they realise the tracking told them the volume but nothing about what was said, which is where a lead record and follow-ups start to matter.

When Callyzer or something else is the better choice

  • A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM can.
  • A business that needs call recording, which Android restricts for third-party apps and which Telodial therefore does not offer.
  • A team whose selling happens mostly by email or in a field CRM rather than on the phone, where a general-purpose CRM will fit better.

Two of my callers are seasonal. Adding them for three months and dropping them again was a two-minute conversation, not a contract change.
Latika S.Owner, travel desk, JaipurJul 2026
Every CRM I tried before wanted the caller to open a laptop after the call. That never happens in real life. This one asks for two taps while the customer is still on the line in his head.
Aditya B.Sales head, MumbaiAug 2026
The thing that sold my callers was that nothing extra was asked of them. Same phone, same SIM, one sheet after the call. Nobody had to learn a computer.

Questions

Callyzer alternative: common questions

Is Telodial cheaper than Callyzer?

Callyzer publishes From about ₹161 per month per phone number on the entry plan. Telodial is ₹159 per user per month on the yearly plan with WhatsApp and the auto dialer included. For a five-person team that is roughly ₹805 a month against ₹795. Compare the renewal price rather than the first-year price, and check what each plan includes for your team size. Checked 4 September 2026.

Can I move my data from Callyzer?

Yes. Export your leads to Excel or CSV, import them into Telodial and map your own columns once. Numbers that already exist are matched and merged rather than added twice, so a customer with history does not become two records.

Does Telodial use my own SIM or VoIP?

Your own SIM. The call goes out from the phone in the caller hand and shows your own number, which is why answer rates in India stay higher than on rented VoIP numbers. There is no per-minute telephony bill, because the calls run on the mobile plan you already pay for.

What does Callyzer do better?

Very low entry price if all you need is call tracking and reporting. If that is the deciding factor for your team, they are a reasonable choice, and we would rather say so here than have you find out after paying.

Who should not switch to Telodial?

A contact centre running fifty or more seats on cold outbound lists, where predictive dialing over virtual numbers genuinely produces more conversations per hour than one SIM can. Also any team that needs call recording, which Android restricts for third-party apps and which we therefore do not offer.

Knowing how much calling happened, and knowing what was said

The questions behind this comparison

Is Callyzer a CRM?

It is a call tracker with reporting, and that is a different product from a CRM even though the two get shelved together. A tracker answers how many calls were made, by whom, for how long. A CRM answers what the customer said, what stage they are at and when somebody promised to ring back. Plenty of businesses genuinely only need the first, and for them a tracker is the cheaper and better fit.

Why is Callyzer priced per number instead of per user?

Because it is measuring phone numbers rather than seats. That makes it unusually cheap to start, around 161 rupees a month per number on the entry plan, and it makes the arithmetic simple: five phones, five numbers. The catch appears when one person carries two numbers or one number is shared, which is when a per-seat tool becomes easier to reason about.

What does Callyzer not do that a telecalling CRM does?

Check for yourself rather than taking our word, because this is the crux. Look for a lead pipeline with your own stages, custom fields, follow-up reminders that ring at a set time, assignment between callers, and WhatsApp automation. Those are the pieces that turn a record of calls into a way of working. Where they are missing, somebody is still keeping the real pipeline in a notebook.

Can I use a call tracker and a CRM together?

You can, and a surprising number of businesses end up doing exactly that without deciding to. It usually means paying twice and reconciling two versions of the same day. If you find yourself there, that is the signal to pick one tool that covers the whole call rather than two that each cover half.

Callyzer or Telodial for a small business?

If the owner only wants to see that the team is calling, Callyzer is cheaper and answers exactly that. If the complaint is that leads go cold, follow-ups get forgotten and nobody can say what was promised on Tuesday, that is a pipeline problem and tracking will show you it is happening without helping you stop it.

Two different jobs, side by side

This is not a feature-count comparison. The two tools answer different questions, and the table is written to make that visible.

Callyzer figures read from their own public pages on 4 September 2026. The entry plan is the smallest tier; check what its limits are.

Which job are you actually buying for

You want proof that the team is on the phone.

Callyzer, and spend less. Visibility over calling volume is precisely what a tracker is for, it is cheaper per month, and buying a full CRM to answer that one question is overpaying for screens nobody will open.

Leads go quiet and nobody can say why.

Telodial. Volume was never the problem. A tracker will confirm the calls happened and leave you no closer to knowing what was promised, which is the part that decides whether the lead comes back.

You already run a tracker and a spreadsheet together.

Replace both with one thing. Paying twice to reconcile two accounts of the same afternoon is the most expensive way to run a calling team, and it is usually reached by accident rather than by choice.

How this page was checked

  • Callyzer pricing and its per-number model were read from their own published pages on 4 September 2026.
  • The CRM capability rows say check with vendor rather than no, because we can only see what they publish and a guess about a rival product in public is how a comparison page becomes a problem.
  • Telodial figures are the yearly per-seat rate published on our pricing page.

What this page does not claim

  • We make Telodial, and this page recommends Callyzer for one of the three situations above. That is genuine, and it is also the situation we cannot serve more cheaply.
  • Entry plans carry limits that are easy to miss. Read theirs and ours before deciding on price alone.
  • We have not run Callyzer as a customer, so the description of what it is for comes from what they publish about it.

The short version

  • Callyzer prices per phone number, from about 161 rupees a month on the entry plan. Telodial prices per user, at 159 rupees per user per month on the yearly plan.
  • A call tracker answers how much calling happened. A telecalling CRM answers what was said and what happens next.
  • Per-number pricing is simplest when one person carries one number, and gets awkward when numbers are shared.
  • Businesses that run a tracker plus a spreadsheet are usually paying twice for half a system.
  • Both tools work from the SIM in an ordinary Android handset.
